On days when everyone else's slice of pie (or toys, or advantages, or stuff) looks scrumptious, remind us that pie is good--but pie doesn't last. Out of all that you created, you made your people your "portion," and you became our inheritance.
"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." Psalm 73:26
